In today’s posting, we will take a look at SSO service through Berith’s BaaS.
SSO, Single-Sign-On system allows multiple sites to access different websites by a single login, saving certificates and private keys in password form, and then calling them when a user logs in to a single app/site. Through electronic signature, the service enables users to access various apps/sites at once without logging into each of the linked apps/sites.
This makes it easier to integrate and manage grouped and large-scaled sites. It also supports access to various blockchain services by logging into your wallet.
Moreover, SSO typically has the centralized information storage system which increases efficiency. In addition, to prevent any security problems, the centralized information is distributed to the blockchain in order to enable SSO-integrated authentication in a safe environment.
This storage information can be shared to each node in real time, reducing server redundancy costs for backups, and providing mutual data verification across blockchain nodes, resulting in security improvement.
Berith is building a service that allows users to log in to SSO through a Berith Wallet account with various services available in Berith (ex. G.Cont, Berith NFT, etc.).
